| Prices are for bed and breakfast only, based on two people sharing either twin, or double en-suite room.(Prices exclude Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year). All rooms have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and ironing boards. |

| To secure your booking, we request that you provide us with your credit / debit card details as security, or if you are unable to do this then you can send us a cheque made payable to Linnett Hill to cover the first night of your stay. |

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge for the first night of your stay, if you cancel your booking more than 7 days before it was due to start, and we reserve the right to charge for the full amount of the booking, if you cancel your booking less than 7 days before it was due to start. Final bills may be settled by cash, cheque, or debit / credit card. |

Failure to comply will result in one night's accommodation being charged in order to clean the room, as it will be unusable.
You are free to smoke outside in the garden areas
All breakages or damage to rooms must be paid for. |
